We had a collision with the vehicle which required repairs. The management team guided us well in the process to follow with insurance. We had difficulty with the insurer and the management of the rental agency helped us on a few occasions to resolve the situation. Their service was personalized and extraordinary. I thank them for their help and very good service.

Being from the Islands, my family and I come every year to spend a few weeks. We rented for 1 week with “L’Agence de Location des Iles” twice in two years.2023 - When we bring the car back to the airport, the employee tells us that there is too much sand on the car and that we will be charged a fee if we do not clean the car. We remain a little incredulous because we are on an island surrounded by sand. It had rained during the last 24 hours so some sand from the wind was actually stuck to the car. We have never been on the dunes with the car... Anyway, we return to the car and try to remove as much sand as possible from the exterior/interior of the car. When we return to the airport kiosk, we inform the employee that we have done our best. He responds with a simple “oki”, without returning to inspect the car. We pay for our rental at no additional cost.2024- We return our car to the airport before taking our flight. The same employee goes to inspect the car and comes back to us telling us that the car is not filled with gasoline (-1 bar). We are once again amazed because we have just arrived to refuel in Havre-aux-Maisons. We inform the employee that it is impossible that the gas tank is not full since when we parked at the airport, the tank was full. He asks us to go back and refuel and come back and pay our rental. So we return (a little annoyed) to the parking lot. We start the car (effectively, 1 bar). We put the car in reverse mode, and automatically, the tank says FULL. We return to the kiosk to see the employee and explain the situation to him. He responds with a simple “okay, sorry” and makes us pay for the rental.We are extremely disappointed with the service of this rental agency. This is the last time my family and I will book with this company.2024/09/18: Follow-up following the message from management.The management does not seem to understand that the problem is not the quality of the cars offered but the nonchalance of the same employee who served us both times. To use the words of management, I have made several rentals in “large banners known throughout the world”. Never has an employee of these “other banners” served me in this way, which I would in turn describe as “lack of good manners”. Clearly, management is blindfolding itself to the importance of customer service by not understanding its importance. The actions of this employee greatly tarnish the image of the company.

The service of this company is acceptable but the welcome by the man so I don't remember his name was not really pleasant. Yes, I didn't read the sheet he gave me immediately and he became very rude. Then he warned me that if there was sand in the car there would be additional costs. Really, at $1300 for the rental I don't think it's my job to clean too!! I'll rent from Leblanc next time.

Avoid this place for car rental. I rented a car for 5 days on my arrival he tells me that the car is new but there are 5 pucks we go around the car I notice the 5 pucks on my return the car is inspected under a magnifying glass. He found a small pin during inspection. He asked my insurance for $1600.00 to repair the small pin. I showed the photos to Fix Auto in Montreal, their estimate is $275. This is a place to avoid, people are DISHONEST.
