Bad experience. Zero customer expertise.We are subjected to a meticulous inspection at departure and arrival to the point where the slightest scratch can put us in trouble. All this for a used car from 2018 with 75,877 km on the clock. (It’s a good start to our stay in the Islands)Finally, we were blamed for not filling up with enough gas. it is not enough to pay the difference you have to return to a station to top up the tank which seems to be measured by the dropper…..

I rented a scooter for 3 days. The scooter I received was not in good condition, so I took a few photos before leaving. There was a repair on one of the two indicators, and 15 minutes after I left the rental center the makeshift repair gave way and the indicator was simply hanging out of the connection. I put some tape temporarily so that it would hold in place for the duration of the rental. 2 days after my rental return, I was sent an invoice and charged $30 in damages for their distribution of fortune which did not hold up. First and last time at this rental center.

Very disappointing experience, I rented a scooter for 3 days. After the first day the scooter no longer worked, I started by calling customer service, the lady was rather stupid and very curt, telling me that it was not her problem, I finally returned the scooter by my own way, then they rented me another one with a mirror that was already broken and then charged me a damage fee. Honestly worst rental experience, next time it will be with the competitor with pleasure 😀

The people working here were very friendly and helpful. The car we got came clean and professional looking and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island in it.I really wish they were more accommodating for the ferry that they are so close to. 6am is required for the check in, and yet the earliest we can drop off a car is 9am. I understand there was a service before COVID that allowed people more flexibility with the Ferry and I think it is past time to bring it back.

AVOID! Very rude service and not considerate at all. The company clearly benefits from a lack of competitors and doesn't deem it necessary to be friendly and open towards customers.We were given a quote for a week's rental and I was amazed, I didn't know numbers went that high. Then an unnecessary remark capped off an experience not to be repeated.

Well..we rented a Spyder. The first one we did not even take it off the parking lot; brakes were sticking and engine light was on. Even though the employee said it did not matter, we asked for the other one. We noticed when we got home that vice grips were holding the brake line. Forgotten there or by necessity, both unacceptable in my views. What really got to me while I was sitting in my car afterwards was watching 2 employees going to the bike, looking at this and laughing....I was left with a sense of carelessness for the customers.
