Simone the seamstress hemmed several pairs of pants and repaired a sweater for me, the price was reasonable and the work well done!! Marcel is very friendly and helpful too, we go here often to use the Canada Post service as well as dry cleaning.

I brought my friend from Belgium so he could buy 2 passes. $7.00. I, being a local, used my debit card, as the owner had told me in the past to only use DEBIT cards. No problem. I mentioned to my Belgium friend that the Dry Cleaner only took DEBIT cards. No problem. He took out his Visa 'DEBIT,' card. He has another card Visa CREDIT card. He used the 1st card indicating DEBIT, and it was approved. The owner then looked at me and began berating me, that he had told me multiple times that he did not do credit cards, because he saw the word VISA he got mad. Refused to he us out and walked away and told me never again to come back. He refused to reverse the transaction and said go away...I feel embarrassed in front of my friend, and apologized for the behavior on $7.00. Welcome to Montreal, I said to my friend visiting Montreal...on his 2 nd day. Maybe, VISA Europe has options to customers in Europe to do b using their company. My vistor has 2 Cards. Visa DEBIT and a Visa CREDIT card. My friend even checked his bank account. $7 Canadian was debited and then converted to Euro dollars. His personal bank account DEBIT CARD and not VISA CREDIT !!Went to use the STM card at metro d'eglise .....and lo and behold it suddenly doesn't work. Hmmmmm? Now the owner has called him a liar for reviewinghim earlier, see reply. ....really? All this for what? Now, We make our way to the STM agent to further investigate on why the owner has his money and sold us an usable STM CARD....my friend the liar and I've been banned for no reason. We liked time and money fighting Dry Cleaning Conspiracy theories. Trump must of influenced us...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely rude. Came as a tourist. Went in to buy an STM metro ticket, paid with my Visa debit card, then the worker became extremely angry saying it was a credit card and they didn't accept it. Offered to cancel the sale but he said no, it's fine. But he then went as far as to explicitly say "Never come back" ?! On top of this, a few minutes later when trying to use the ticket it was refused!!! Complete rip-off, because the amount went from my debit account. My receipt even states I used Visa debit, not credit. Avoid this place.

I've used their dry cleaning services a few times, and unfortunately during my last usage my expensive sweater was damaged severely beyond any repair. The logo stitching was damaged. I won't be using their services any longer and don't recommend you take the risk. The owner did try to rectify the issue, but we did not come to an agreement, I do not think it was a fair resolve. Do not recommend this dry cleaner, there are others in the area.

Warm and friendly service, fair prices, lots of variety and its a dry cleaner & post office - so you can pick up your eggs, milk snacks etc while dropping off clothes and parcels. Great little business, highly recommend!

Jean Coutu on Monk got rid of Canada Post, so now this is the only place in the neighborhood that provides some of Canada Post's services...except this place won't provide you with a receipt for tracking your package! What's the point of having Canada Post services if you don't provide receipts for an item you send out in the mail? Avoiding liability issues maybe?I'll give this place credit for one thing though - it's so clean you could eat off the floors.

Hello I am tetrapelegic in a wheelchair and the man in the store always goes the extra mile to serve me. The other day he was closed going home about 15 minutes after closing and he opened up shop just to serve me 2 bus tickets..Best service in the area please take a minute and stop by to see.
