Never use this company. Not only are they unprofessional (late to appointments, don't return calls, have hung up in my face), they burnt the floors in my kitchen and refuse to take any responsibility.Their employees were cleaning the vents in my vacant home before I moved in. Since they were working late into the evening, I left the workers in the house and asked them to call me when they were done. The next day, when I went into the house, the floors were burnt and the smell was prevalent throughout the house. It took two days for someone from Biovac to come and inspect the kitchen damage. When the project manager arrived, he noted that the burn smell was fresh, however when contacting me about the next steps, they are now insisting that the damage was pre-existing.Never work with these crooksP.S. Biovac tried to have my review removed and removed my wife's review. I assume that they get every negative removed, which is why they only have 40 reviews with 30 years of serviceEdit Responding to the owner:The house was uninhabited since October, but we had workers regularly in the house for mold remediation due to a hidden defect from the previous seller. I was in the house every day to follow up on those workers and there was no burn damage to the floor. This remediation was paid for by the previous home owner as a hidden defect. If there was also undeclared burn damage to the floor, the previous owner would have paid for that as well. In fact, the day before Biovac came to the house, the previous owner came to the house pay me for the water damage. There was no damage to the floors at this time and this information was already relayed to Biovac. In addition, a project manager from Biovac visited my home later in the week (end of November) and remarked the there was a FRESH burn smell, even though the Biovac now claims the damage was present since September.I attached a picture for the initial sale of the home to show there was no previous damage to the kitchen floors.Do not use Biovac, they are liars and crooks and I am not the only review stating as much. Run, run far awayP.S. Biovac Owner, why would i want new floors in a kitchen that is 40 years old and why would I spend this much time writing a review if I was not wronged, it would not help me get "new floors" if that is what I was after.

I let biovac systems into my daughters new house after waiting for over an hour for their staff to arrive at the appointment. People run late. No big deal. For some of the time, I waited in the kitchen where I saw that the floor was in perfect condition. The two employees arrived and got to work. The mold remediation of the ducts seems to have been performed well. The overpowering smell of mold is now gone. Unfortunately, the staff must have dropped their machine on the kitchen floor and burned the kitchen floor’s linoleum. Biovac systems is not taking responsibility so far for their employees error. From our experience, if biovac employees don’t make a mistake, you will get a good duct cleaning job but if they do, the company will deny responsibility. I do not recommend this company. As a follow up to the owners response, we have time- and date-stamped photos of the floor taken by another company when they left after performing remediation a day earlier in the house, along with my visit to let biovac in as proof. This was not pre-existing damage. Finally, I never post negatively unless a business misrepresents its products/services or fails to resolve a problem in good faith.

Unprofessional, would not recommendEdit: this company removes negative reviews. Don’t trust them for your household needs. Beyond disrespectful

My experience with this company is hands down my worst experience with any business. It was a routine removal of asbestos panels over a furnace. The guys arrived 1.5 hours late. They took down the panels but clearly did not follow protocol as they tracked bits and pieces throughout the area, all the way to up the stairs, to the doorway, in the garden and left a whole treasure trove of debris in the back alley where people walk their dogs and children play. They did not use bags that were labelled as per protocol instead they used regular old plastic bags that they handled with their bare hands and tossed it in a van that was filled to the ceiling with similar bags. When they came to get my signature one of them had debris all over his hat and when I pointed it out he flipped out and immediately grabbed the hat and threw it to the ground. His buddy joked « it’s the only thing he forgot ». When I went into the room where they had done the work my eyes stung there was so much dust. I had to get them to return twice to clean things up and the second time instead of cleaning the surfaces they took pictures of them to mount a report telling me the space had been contaminated with asbestos prior to their coming in to do the work. The president of the company told me « asbestos doesn’t jump on you » and essentially told me that he didn’t care about the project because his was « 4 million dollar company » with much more important projects… they still withdrew the money from my account without my consent. And to top it all off, as if the level of incompetence wasn’t enough, they unplugged a freezer that was filled with food to install their air purifier and I lost over 300$ worth of food for which they… big rich 4 million company.. refused to compensate me for. Total disgrace of a company.
