Very disappointed with the after-sales service. I ordered a purchase by post specifying my daughter's teen size but they sent me a purchase for children (which my daughter didn't like) and they then refused to reimburse me because that according to the owner, even if the purchases are sold new, she never gives a refund. So think carefully before making a purchase in this store.
