I had a truly awful experience working with Burt Brassard, CPA. He was careless, unprofessional, and lacked the knowledge I expected from a tax professional. Despite claiming to be well-versed in the American tax system, it became clear that he was not adequately informed. It was obvious that he took on far too many clients, which resulted in sloppy, subpar work and left me feeling undervalued as a customer and with a HUGE mess to clean up with the CRA and Revenue Quebec.In the end, hiring Burt Brassard turned out to be one of my costliest mistakes I’ve made. I would strongly advise anyone looking for quality, reliable tax services to avoid him. There are far better professionals out there who can actually deliver the expertise they promise.

Initially, I went to Burt Brassard because I heard that he speaks English and French and I wanted to make sure that I understood what was happening in relation to my taxes because I'm self employed. After meeting Burt, I will recommend him to anyone. He was so nice and inviting and friendly. He really made the experience a good one. I have no complaints. 100% recommend.
