Our file dragged on for two months, to the point where the transaction (notarial deed) had to be canceled. I have never seen a team so disorganized and with very complicated logistics. No one ever has the same speech, documents are requested when they have already been sent months ago, they check their affairs last minute, etc. After two months, the file/contract was apparently finally finalized for signature, only for them to finally ask us for additional collateral, after two months. They didn't even seem to know their numbers. I strongly advise against this company, especially if, like any buyer, you have deadlines to meet.

They sold a condo in our complex and used/hired a bailiff and movers to get owners possessions removed. They did not notify the condo administration of move to avoid paying moving fees. In addition, movers caused damage to location and left garbage in front of lobby entrance. We contacted them and they never called us back.
