I felt like a number.The hairdresser doesn't give me a choice when it comes to washing my hair. I show her a picture of the cut I want and she seems to understand. Ultimately, I end up with a basic straight cut and no respect for my parting a little to the side.Besides, I had looked at the prices before and I said to myself that a cut for $35 was reasonable, but finally, in the middle of drying, the hairdresser told me that it would be nice to give me a flip. Well, she charged me with a blowout just to dry my hair a little differently and I ended up with a bill for almost $70! She didn't even put any heat protectant on me.How can it be acceptable to take advantage of your customers in the same way? In short, very disappointed since the reviews were very positive.

If you are looking for a good hair salon. I recommend the Caméléon salon. It is advantageously located on Boulevard des Récollets and therefore easy to access. The parking area, on one level with the living room, is a plus for people with reduced mobility. Finally, let's say that the atmosphere there is pleasant and that Anne Louise who took care of me gave me a very nice haircut. Very professional.

I use the services of Annie, an expert in coloring, hairstyle, treatment, she's a gem. I love my blonde and the way it washes my hair, it's really a pure moment of relaxation. Very caring and talented. All the staff are very dedicated and committed to their work. I highly recommend this salon to everyone, excellent service and warm welcome.

I make an appointment, I mention that it is important to be on time because I have a tight schedule. I arrive a little early. After 15 minutes of waiting, the hairdresser still hasn't finished her client. I have to leave without having my hair done for my special event... and it's annoying when customers don't show up without calling! Of course, she asked me to call if I couldn't make it.Start by being honest! If she had been honest from the start, I could have made an appointment at another salon!!

Good morningI am disappointed with the bad faith of the hairdresser. Let me explain, this is my first time at this show. I even told the hairdresser that it was my first time and I didn't know the prices and promotions. I say I want a razor cut. She tells me she can do it on me with scissors. I say yes but without knowing that my bill has just gone from $11 to $22. Weird... I pay, I don't say anything, that's life. I tell myself she got me. As I leave the salon, I see in the window a 15 percent discount for the first cut. This is a little too much and the reason for my comment. I would have paid $11 without tax (discount) instead of my $26 (22+tax). So, bad news from the hairdresser or the company but we can be sure that this is my last time in this salon. I don't know the name of the hairdresser but she's the person in the last photo in your album.THANKS

I loved my experience, it was perfect!! I recommend 100%. I got a spot the same day and the price is perfect! I had very long hair and wanted to get my old short hair back, I showed 2-3 photos and I got exactly like the photos. It was a gift for my girlfriend, she was more than happy!! Thanks again! 🙂
