The technicians work was exemplary. They were organised, helpful and skilled. They not only resolved the issue but were able to give advice on guidance for people completely new to hvacs.Really it is an understatement to say that they are excellent. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.
We had a heating emergency late in the evening last night, our furnace stopped working. ( it was -10 C and dropping). Jean Francois was referred to us by a local electrician in the Laurentians. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently, arrived this morning when he was able to get the replacement parts and we are now fully operational. We would recommend him very highly for any Heating/Air conditioning or ventilation issues.
