The rudest receptionists ever. They are refusing to give me my study permit medical report that I paid for because the rudest receptionist was claiming I was being rude to her today; however, she literary does not see how she treats people. Today was my 5th time at this clinic. The same rude employee working there. Today I found out there are actually two of them. Her friend was trying to cover up for her by saying that I’m the one that was rude. The friend then decides not to give me my document and throws it in the trash claiming that she didn’t like the way I spoke to her. This is absolute nonsense. I asked to see the boss she said u either come Monday or u won’t get anything today despite the fact that I spoke to an advisor before going there and I was advised to come in and pick my document up. One of the employees came outside to see what was going on cause she started screaming so her voice was loud. He tells me u either walk out yourself or I’ll get security to get you out. What customer service ! Ran by the rudest employees ever. It’s looking like I need a little visit to Small claims court unless i get a refund or the document which I paid for. For reference, many other comments mention the rudeness of the staff there. So no don’t get surprised by my comment. I wouldn’t be dealing with this clinic if I have not give them money. Last remark, I will gladly look at the camera footage and see who’s at fault here “she was saying I can see the camera” so I do not have any problems with that cause I know I am not at wrong here, but the rudest 2 employees are. Especially the one that threw my document in the trash. I tried getting her name, but she obviously refused cause she knows that what she did is not the way a medical staff should be acting . I want her name to take any legal actions necessary in order to get my right in this situation.
In general, the service provided was satisfactory. The staff and the medical team displayed a high level of dedication and commitment to their work. I'd like to particularly commend the receptionist who not only efficiently opened a file for us but also took a photograph for the record. I would rate her performance a perfect 5/5.However, the downside of the experience was the significant delay in the examination process. It took approximately 3 hours to complete the examination, despite the evident effort put in by the team.
Everything was good. We had to wait a few minutes for each step of the tests.Nicoleta was perfect with the blood test. Last time my wife did a blood test they tried like 10 times to get blood from her, but Nicoleta tried only once.
Good service but the wait time is absolutely insane, over 5 hours for the IRCC exam...Especially that the urine sample was the last thing and it took hours, making people hold themselves for hours is a bit intense lol
I was there on September 28, 2023 for my immigration medical exam. The medical staff were so nice, friendly and very professional. It still remains my top choice for any medical services I will require in the future.Great staff. Keep up!
It was ok. I know they are busy, but I ask the doctor if I should worry about a rash in my hands, she said “no” in a hurry. Later I went with another doctor and indeed I was having a visible diagnosable ezcema that could have been treated sooner.
Found them from their website, went there, and finished a medical exam. The location is great, easy to find, the staff was nice and the process was simple.However, some areas need to be improved.Firstly, the communication should be improved. For example, they call you as you enter information on their website (including email and phone number). After making an appointment, there should be an automatic phone text or email to confirm the appointment but they don't have that. I don't know if that is the reason they have four people on the frontdeskSecondly, the skills of the nurse while drawing blood for the blood test. I got a small bruise and several drops of blood on my cotton balls, which never happened in the hospital in my country.Lastly, the language of the concierge desk. A girl from the front desk used profanity while talking to her co-worker. She spoke loudly too.Overall, they are nice to patients.
Amazing people are working here, they behaved my mother here so nice. She is scared to see blood and had to pass a blood test. They were so helpful to her here, also all other examinations were so easy. Radiology specialist spoke to us in our mother language, information desk as well.. Doctor, nurse showed extraordinary care to mom and helped.I also had my own examinations here before... Amazing people. Thank you everyone.

Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. I don’t know if I was lucky or what, but this clinic is the best one I’ve visited in Montreal. My appointment was at 9am. I came at 9:10 as I thought I would have to wait for another hour anyway. But no, 5 minutes after I came the procedures already started. I completed my medical exam in exactly 1 hour. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. All the nurses and doctors were kind. Highly recommended.
Two very positive experiences with this clinic (vaccination and IRCC medical exam). Efficient, attentive and nice. Obviously not a good time but clearly improved by the professionals working there.
everything is great! at the entrance, a very pleasant man told where to go, all the medical staff were smiling and attentive - my husband and I with minimal English, they told us everything in an accessible way, translated it! I liked it very much, I recommend!
This was the best medical experience I have ever had in the city. From the greeter at the door, the front desk staff, the radiologist, the nurse who took my blood, all the way to the physician, I have never experienced such positive experiences with each and every one. They were so kind, so professional, so helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking for help or any questions. Wait time was completely reasonable.I will always choose this clinic first when available. 10/10!!
The staff are well trained, very straight to the point in directing clients for the medical exam. Due to the high number of clients the clinic tends to get busy.The overall performance of the staff is commendable that even when faced with high number of clients they always have a smile on their face.
I really like this clinic. The staff is friendly, the nurse who drew blood sample was a pro and my doctor is very thorough every time I go for a checkup or suffering from pain or illness. Definitely recommend it.
One of the worst places I have ever visited. We had an appointment and have to wait 2.5 hours! They have not told us how long shall we wait. After 1 hour I started asking them when shall we start? 3 times they answered me in 20 minitues. I have 2 children with me. They start asking for food, they want sleep. I asked agaign how ling shall we wait. They answered "just wait. Do you want new appointment?" They do not care about customers, children and do not know what is compassion. I surely could use more badly words concerning the staff and the principals who organized such work, but I stay calm and just watch my children and wife sufferings
Its 2022. Please upgrade your waiting call system. Its stressful needing to listen to all these names randomly called out across the hall. Its too chaotic. You should have a queuing system with a ticket so that people know when and where they are in line. We have things to do we cant spend 3-4 hours waiting in this mess.Ill update this review once I see how long they take to send the medical exam to IRCC
WORST experience ever! Avoid and go to another clinic if u can. It’s extremely overcrowded and don’t let me get started on how long it took. I was there for 3 HOURS AFTER my appointment time in the waiting room. They don’t even give you a number as there is no queuing system and you can’t know how long you’re going to be there for. Mcdonalds literally has a better system because at least you’ll know when your turn comes up! The reception is extremely rude and they call out your name like it’s a sandwich shop. Not a good place, especially for approved panel physicians of the government!
Unprofessional service. Had an appointment at lunch time and met the doctor after closing time. They then did not send my medical file to the immigration on time (3 weeks+).I would not recommend, they're are fast at making appointment but they don't deliver.
Why don't we put in place a ticket/queuing system to avoid the chaotic situation in the hall in which the staff has to yell out attendees' names, which are often pronounced wrongly? And i received no email confirmation of the appointment made over the phone. Staff tried their best obviously but this system needs a revamp.
Doctors are really good that's why I put 2 stars for this review but the reception.... Terrible. The girl at the reception was notified that we were waiting for the x-ray.. She waited 1hour and 30 min in order to tell us that our file is not created and that we need to start all over again.We needed to do 3 test.(see the doctor,blood test and x-ray)After 4 hours of waiting it was finally over I confirmed that we did everything and we left.Next day we received a call from the clinic saying that we didn't see the doctor. We came to the clinic and guess what it was the fault of the reception girl. I Lost 2 days of work paid more than 250$ and recieved unprofessional service.
Time Example:Brief: 250$, 20 days wait for appointment, 3h & 20m for the test. 17 days to get the result ~ suffer over 1 month for the whold processDetails:When I call the clinic, seat is only available after 20 days;Arrived 40 minutes before appointment in the morning and wait;40 mintues later, no call;80 minutes later, provide letter and passort and take a photo;2 hours later, pay 250$( I was told it's 230$ when I made the appointment) and urine test;2 hours and 10 minutes later: chest X-ray test;2 hours and 25 minutes later: Weight, Height, Listening, Vision test, then aonther loooong wait;3 hours and 20 minutes later: Doctor asked for past illness history.17 days later, IRCC account updated for pass.** Friends from Ontario told me they do not pay any coins for the PR test. Maybe this cliniq is private, or maybe it's the speciality of Montreal.
My medical ex was 02.08.22. Whole examination took me a bit more than 1 hour. Everything was super fast, girls on the reception were nice and helpful to everyone even when people didn't speak any English or France at all. Docs were very friendly too.I really sorry for people who had a bad experience in this clinic, maybe it because of long waiting, but for me everything was good and fast. Thank you!
Terrible experience from start to finish.The receptionists over the phone seem listless and uninterested, and don’t send a calendar confirmation for appointments.The front staff were unprofessional, making fun of patients after they were out of earshot.The nurse who took my blood literally asked me for my weight and height instead of taking it. I jokingly asked him prior to him taking my blood “have you done this before” - to which he replied no.As it turns out, he was from abroad and barely had any experience inserting a needle.The whole ordeal wasted 3.5 hours of my day and cost $250, find another location if you can!
Very efficient and organized, the immigration medical check up took around 1.5 hours. took them a while to submit my medicals to IRCC, but within reasonable time.

Appointment was at 1, now it's 3 pm and my wife is finally doing her health check. There is no queue number system, the reception has to yell the names across the whole floor since the (very small) waiting room is kind of far from the reception desk. You don't know when it's gonna be your turn. How hard is it to invest in a queue system with ticket numbers and screens that tell you which numbers are being processed? Come on...It's 2022 guys. I don't mind waiting if at least I know where I am in the queue. I'll update to 5 stars if you put a queue system lol.
Worst service ever. Regardless of your appointment schedule they make you wait 2-3 hours, with no regards if you have other priorities. Also when I made the appointment for my father, I gave them all the details, and told me to pay 240$. However, when I got to the clinic it was the more than that 330$ due to extra testing. What you pay for services does not equate the customer service.Not to mention, they failed to give me the confirmation paper that the exam have been completed to have as a proof.Last but not least, Poor receptionists management, poor customer services, and lengthy wait time.
Got my medical examination with appointment. Really fast and efficient. I did not wait for long time. Blood test went well with just one poke. Overall great experience!
Took RT-PCR test on 3rd January.Very professional staff and nurses. Cleanliness and maintenance of the building is on point.Only thing that didn't go well was when I called to make an appointment, I was told the price to be $160. When I actually visited the lab, I was charged $200. When I asked receptionist about it, she said she doesn't know anything about price and she is just doing what she was told to do.Even with 15% tax added, cost comes up to $184.Got the results on the exact time as told.Apart from this, everything was good!
