I’ve never left a negative Google review in my life, but I had to for the horrible experience I had here.I came in with a pair of pants that had a cigarette burn hole that needed to be sowed.He quoted me at 10$ and said to come back in a few days.To my surprise, when I looked at the pants he had completely butchered them.He had warned me that it would either be a patch or zig zag to fix and I asked for zig zag, but this was just completely terrible.He made a whole circle of zig zags instead of a simple stitch. Even worse, he used a bright grey that doesn’t match the pants at all. When I confronted him and told him I was unhappy, he said that he warned me and that this is what I asked for.I’m no sower, but come on! It’s a HUGE suture cover up for a simple cigarette mark. And at least pick a similar shade. This was bright neon grey.When I confronted him and started to explain what had happened when I first came, he said “we are not women, let’s talk like men and to tell the truth”. Idk, in my opinion a man doesn’t start to raise their voice when a customer is unhappy and points out a flaw in their work. And beyond that, what a stupid comment to make. What do I gain about lying over 10$? I care about the 150$ pair of pants that you ruined.I offered him the option of me leaving and not paying for his terrible work or I pay and leave the review. If you’re reading this, its cause I paid…I hate leaving negative reviews because it messes with local businesses. But this service was just plain awful. Simply put,Don’t go here.

Nice staff, but the quality of drycleaning is not great. I came here for the first time to dryclean a pair of blue pants with a couple of food stains. When I picked up the pants and tried them on at home, the stains had not been removed (although I could clean them off myself with a damp cloth). They somehow missed easily visible marks.

I have never left a review before but this was a pretty dismal level of service. 1st visit, my shirt came back wrinkled and barely cleaned. Thought it was a just a one-off. 2nd visit, needed to fix the belt loops on two dress pants and a hem. Was told it would be 10 days and they would call me when it was ready.... a little surprising at the timeline but okay. 10 days pass and no call. Drop by and they don't know where the pants are and would call me when they are ready. Show up a few days later and they were ready but they had forgotten to call. On top of the delays they had missed the belt loops on one of the pants and the total came to 63$..... Shocking

The lady told me robots were handling your precious garments. Obviously the robotic ironing fell short of expectations. Despite specific instructions, my shirt arrived with wrinkles everywhere, including an egregious one at a particular spot. The collar was not spared either. For the hefty price tag, I expected better attention to detail and at least having a service where your specific instructions are taking into considerations. After giving them a second chance I'm never trusting Daoust ever again

DO NOT send your clothes there unless you want them damaged and completely ruined.This place has damaged 2 pieces of clothing I sent there. Dry clean only items should not be cleaned there as they use a "wet" process that damage many dry clean only items. Further there is absolutely NO customer service when you complain, you send emails with no response and no compensation for damaged clothes. That is very unfortunate as trying to support small local businesses can result in dissapointment.

Shrunk a custom fitted suit when I used their dry cleaning service. Absolutely would not repeat. Terrible customer service, feels like they clearly don’t care or put attention into their work.

Très bon service à la clientèle. Ils sont aux petits soins et bienveillants. Une excellente référence pour les manteaux d'hivers surtout avec cuirs qui nécessitent un nettoyage professionnel. Une très bonne communication aussi !

Spilled wine on a shirt and dress pants. I had used club soda and salt to minimize the stain previously so that might have effected it, because there was no change in the pants, but the shirt was perfect. Some food got on the blazer and that didn't get cleaned off at all. Please note that the girl I dropped it off with was very accommodating and marked all the spots that required attention.

J'ai fait affaire avec eux en mars 2022 pour des vestons et des manteaux d'hiver pour qu'ils soient prêts pour la nouvelle saison hivernale 2022-2023. Je suis passé récupérer mes vêtements en avril 2022.Ils avaient placé le tout dans des housses et j'ai placé les manteaux dans le garde-robe. Maintenant que la saison froide a repris, j'ai ressorti les housses, les ai ouvertes, et je constate qu'il manque un manteau.Lorsque j'ai appelé, l'employé m'a dit qu'ils ne l'avaient pas. J'ai donc demandé s'il y avait un service de réclamations, ce à quoi il a dit oui. Cependant, il m'a indiqué que puisque j'ai payé la facture en avril 2022, il était peu probable que j'ai compensation.Cette situation est inacceptable. En allant porter mes vêtements je leur faisais confiance et maintenant je constate que ce nettoyeur ne mérite pas cette confiance de la clientèle.Je ne recommande donc pas à personne de faire affaire avec eux.LJLUPDATE D'AVIS : en réponse à votre réponseVotre employé m'a clairement dit que ma réclamation ne serait pas acceptée. Parlez-en à votre employé.Pour la question des sacs plastiques, je suis venu porter mes vêtements dans des housses et suis venu les récupérer et ils étaient placés dans mes housses. Maintenant en plus d'avoir perdu mon manteau, vous mentez ou n'avez pas des procédures uniformes entre vos magasins.Ce que j'ai dit à votre employé est de faire les démarches pour retrouver le manteau et, à défaut lorsque je rappellerai, de me donner une adresse courriel.Si je récupère mon manteau, ou que j'ai dédommagement, il me fera plaisir de modifier mon avis. Cependant, pour l'instant, il est certain que je ne vous recommanderai pas vu la situation et votre réponse qui manque de manière flagrante de transparence.LJLUPDATE D'AVIS LUNDI 26 SEPTEMBRE 2022La responsable du nettoyeur m'a rappelé ce jour me disant avoir retrouvé le manteau. La couturière Zouzou est très professionnelle, elle a su faire exactement ce que je lui avais demandé. Je la recommande fortement, travail impeccable et dans le détail. Pour le nettoyage, ils font des miracles sur les manteaux et la literie.

L’avantage on peut avoir ses produits rapidement.Par contre ... c’est pas « Repassé » c’est juste « défroissé » un peu mieux qu’un sèche linge. Donc bon 2,9$ par chemise pour juste la défroisser ça vaut pas le coup. J’irais ailleurs.En plus j’ai laissé mes chemises propres et j’e retrouve une avec des petites traces des espèces de spots noirs.
