I gave them an expensive cashmere sweater with a small stain on it, when I picked it up the stain was still there and there was a grease stain on the sleeve and paper clips (?!) attached to the sleeve. The attendant quickly took it back and gave me a $10 credit (less than the $14.49 cost). When I picked it up a second time, the grease stain they had caused was gone but now there was a hole at the front. The attendant said they’d call the manager and ask what they could do. They said the tailor could fix the hole. I went to pick it up a fourth time, now the hole was poorly patched up with a thread that wasn’t even the same colour. I’ve never been so shocked. I was told they’d contact me with a resolution but it has been over three months now. I do not recommend this place for any dry cleaning. Not only have I not received the money back I also now have a ruined $200 sweater I can no longer wear.Daoust you have my information if you want to contact me to arrange a resolution for the $200 damage.

After a desperate hunt to find someone to modify a bridesmaid dress, I finally stumbled upon this spot and thank goodness! The seamstress was kind, helpful and so speedy! I picked my dress up 11 days later and it is perfect. Thank you again!

I got a dress altered here as well as a snow suit! She really did the impossible ◡̈ she made my vintage snowsuit BiGGER using the material of the belt so it matched!The really cherry on top is getting into my newly fit wedding dress 🥰 10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The picture in the bathroom is the wedding drsss before and the long mirror picture is the after 🥰🥰The side picture of my snowsuit shows where she added my old belt to make it bigger through the hips! It looks amazing. She’s a wizard.

Terrible customer service. The guy in the front desk was very rude and disrespectful when I came to pick up my clothes. I will never come to this dry clean again.Terrible place. Terrible attention to customers. I suggest everyone to use other Dry clean services.

In my experience, this business provides the worst and most overpriced dry cleaning service in Montreal.1) [prejudiced/ disrespectful] The guy at the cash register either chooses not to speak English to customers or simply pretends like he can't do so.2) [noticably overpriced] I had the chance to use other dry cleaners in the Le Plateau-Mont-Royal area and they charged me almost 3 times less for identical work.3) [poor quality] I've just picked up my jeans and noticed that the stain has not been removed (they've tried to clean it twice).I do not recommend using services offered by Daoust Nettoyeurs Écoperformants as, in my view, they simply do not deserved our business and money.I will not be a returning customer and will not recommend this place to people I know.

Worst services ever!They don't deserve even 1 star!I used their services in September 2020.I brought a new trench coat to be cleaned and ironed (it was ironed like 80%) and my fall coat and the winter coat too (nothing was done for those two - I found lints in the same place that were before).I also brought that time a sheep rug stained with coffee. When I took it, nothing, but nothing was done: the coffee stain was in the same place.I paid the money they asked for, unfortunately,and for a service that I didn't receive.Nothing good to say not even about the staff: ''kids'' without experience and sometimes kind of rude.

I guess their only good service is cleaning. They offer sewing and repairs, but that didn't work out for me. I went twice to have my pants' hem arranged and it keeps getting undone. I don't have the skill to do it myself nor the equipment and that's why I went to what I thought was a professional. Maybe I'll go back for cleaning but nothing else.

went to get a dress and jean minor flaws repaired. they charged $20, which is fine- however the work was not fine and will probably just fall out again. loose threads- very unfinished.They also did not inform me when my clothes were ready OR give me a price until after the repairs were done.Would NOT reccomend.

Used to be a great place. Not so much anymore. Brought shirts and winter stuff to be cleaned, came to pick up at set time and winter jacket was not ready. Was told to come back, that they figured i didn't need the winter stuff right away...which is true but not the point. Still, i went back with stuff to be cleaned and a button to be sowed. Again, clothes were clean but the button not sowed. Told to come back again by a staff that could not give 1 f*#k about it.
