I ordered a lamp almost three weeks ago. Since then, I have had no updates, despite writing to customer service several times. Is this a real store or an online scam? why can't they respond to questions about orders?
I purchased a set of 6 lamps which once installed, kept breaking repeatedly, one or two at a time. The supplier/manufacturer was unresponsive in standing by their product. It took more than 2 years to receive the replacements. Ms Sylvie Bean, customer service representative at Deco Luminaire was incredibly patient, responsive and effective in dealing with this terrible supplier. I'm sad to learn that Ms Bean will be leaving Deco Luminaire and hope that they realize what a valuable employee she has been for them.

Interesting items the price however feels higher than average for similar stores across the greater Montreal area. Stuff though we were four to five on a Sunday afternoon seeing his interested in providing any service explanation unless you really insisted.
