We had Patrick, John and Whu move us this past weekend and everything went great. We moved from a 2nd floor apartment into a 4th floor apartment and there was no elevator. They all did a fantastic job and were very nice to talk to. Definately recommend this company again.

Do not reccomend. Family member just used them to move and so many things were broken. TV, dining table, entertainment unit, freezer, etc. Total damages cost more than the price of the move. Which ended up being more than originally quoted too.

I thought everything was fine until I examined my possessions after the movers delivered them. Now I am devastated. Many things are broken or missing. Cardboard boxes were wet with the bottoms falling out, two oil radiant heaters had broken legs and missing wheels. My portable antique sewing machine now has a smashed latch and is no longer portable, and my outdoor iron bench had a leg that actually had snapped in two. I had to throw it away. Owner honest, open, respectable and available. Staff pay attention to furniture. A big 5/5 for the piano move! What makes me register 4/5 instead of 5/5 is for a few reasons. One, my furniture was dirty after the move. Happened to me with another company too, like the blankets they pack in need cleaning. Then, some staff members proved to be too familiar, using remarks that exceeded the limit of what was acceptable. Finally, despite these reasons, I would resume their service.
