Déménagement Pro Extrême is a company that hires subcontractors (i.e. Anthony from Déménagement Excel Pros). He let us down three times, without warning us. He is incapable of managing his time. The move was never made.

We had to book for 8 a.m., they never called us to tell us that they would be late, they finally called at 2 a.m. to tell us that they were coming but not knowing if they were going to come, we asked ourselves and did it ourselves and We fluctuated them. If I could put 0 I would.

I made a first call to get information, telling them that I was going to call them back. The next day, I tried to reach them, but soon got their voicemail. Subsequently, I tried to call them back several times, but without success. When I didn't get their voicemail, they would send me a text message telling me they were going to call me back - something that never happened.I finally found another company.That says a lot about their quality of service...I just don't recommend!

Worst move ever. Bad planning for a long distance move between Montreal and Trois-Rivières which lasted 9 hours $$$$, for a 4 and a half room...Inexperienced movers, who argued in the middle of the street in front of the neighbors, already tired on arrival at home, slow and poorly organized ... with 2 hours delays without being notified. Do not recommend in any way.
