I reported that I could not see well and I was prescribed an orthoptic assessment, but the assessment showed that I had no convergence/divergence problem, but rather poor correction.This is not surprising, because the people who carry out the visual examinations seem quite hasty, just like Dr Bollot who seemed impatient, unpleasant and not very attentive to me. Given the positive opinions shared by my mother, she should not treat everyone the same way.In the past, I had meetings with his replacements who seemed more pleasant and attentive.Furthermore, I called several times and sent several emails to change a lens prescription that was not suitable and a month and a half later, it still hasn't been done. However, the reception secretary told me several times that it would be done the day or the next day. Perhaps the organization is more disrupted during this summer period and then back.To refill my prescriptions, I will have to pay for a consultation with another ophthalmologist, fortunately I have not yet ordered the new glasses...

TO AVOID...SEE MY MAIL FOLLOWING CONSULTATION OF 01/12/2024Hello Mrs ,Following the letter below, I inform you that the prescription issued by your office following my consultation on January 12 was indeed the subject of an error which unfortunately your colleague did not want to recognize during my second visit. In fact, the latter repeated his examination and confirmed to me that it was indeed 2.5 and that the glasses I was wearing, newly assessed by him, actually had a correction of 2.50 which was FALSE. This gentleman forgot a small detail, it is that on these glasses the correction of 3.5 is engraved and I was able to see this easily with the help of my optician..And therefore the first pair of glasses, obviously, manufactured with this correction was obviously not suitable in my sight. Especially since the correction on the prescription dated 2019 attached stipulated a necessary correction of 3.5. Unfortunately, I do not think that at my age my eyesight can improve to this point.Consequently the question that I ask myself and that you should also ask yourself is the following: Is this the result of the incompetence of this gentleman or is it much more serious because the error is gross between 2.5 and 3.5 of the desire to harm for reasons that only he knows? I don't even dare imagine what could push an individual to this kind of absurd behavior if not that of a sick brain, who could I I am sure not only to harm the patients who come to you with complete confidence but also to your reputation. The optician was kind enough to redo glasses with the correct correction at no additional cost price €682For my part, I will obviously not renew my trust in a firm whose ethics can be so questioned.I nevertheless wish you a good day but I won't say see you soon, you will understand, I hope... The last doctor at the end of the chain, after making a personal phone call in front of you without apologizing, gives you a prescription for the exact same glasses that you already have and no solution for the complaint you had mentioned. Never seen that. All for the modest sum of 70 euros.
