This repair shop has some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me batteries for my bike and was super friendly in person.Super fast and prompt responses via email; they have been super helpful in getting my bike fixed. I highly recommend anyone to this repair shop. As you can see from the photo I am attaching, their customer support answers back to you within minutes of sending your email! The fact that I do not speak French sometimes makes it a bit difficult to communicate with them via the phone, but they have made efforts to accommodate me for my language barrier.It makes it such a better experience knowing you don’t have to wait days on end for responses. Thank you guys!!!
Very nice and patient staff. Prices are fair and the service is fast. If you have any problems with e-bike they are 100% recommended. They also provide different variety of e-bikes and e-motors.
