Everything was ok at first. He came the same day we called him and I was under the impression that the problem was going to be fixed the same day because it was only a pipe to change.Eventually he didn't have a hose that was compatible so he told us he was going to buy the correct hose and come back and install it. I tried to call him several times with no answer and I didn't hear from him for a month.He finally answered my call a month later and came to do the repair. He finally used the tip we already had saying he trusted it. I found the service unprofessional and made us wait a month for a repair that could have been done the same day. If I hadn't called repeatedly he would have forgotten about us and kept his $90 fee for the evaluation without doing any repairs.Modification: He explained to me that he tried to find a replacement part and that the best solution was to simply re-use it which I can understand changes the note. It still doesn't change that he forgot us and that I had to call him back several times.

The team is friendly, but contrary to most reviews here, I had a very bad experience. The problem was misdiagnosed so I waited 2 months for a part for nothing. Also, my calls were never returned.

When I saw all the nice reviews I decided to call them expecting at least good service. Finally come there to check my washer, charge me $90 for the inspection and finally ghost me while I wait for a callback for another appointment for the repair. I call to get news, they get rid of me as soon as possible, saying that they will call me back. I've been waiting for a callback for a month. Finally we can not even trust the opinions :/

We had an initial analysis of the problem over the phone, and through his expertise we trusted him directly. We received the visit the next day. My refrigerator no longer cooled and froze food.
