Very satisfied!I arrived with my hair burned by bleaching done in a salon in the Paris region. Jean David, very friendly and attentive, took care of me, we started with a deep molecular revitalizing treatment, then a fitted bob cut. Jean David took care to cut as little as possible on the gradient to remove the damaged ends (very attentive to detail! 😊). The result is stunning! My hair is soft and shiny again and I love my very stylish cut!!I highly recommend!

Takes your money but leaves you with no answers. Easy behind a phone... I should have gone directly but I live further away. This is deplorable. I tried to contact them during the week, on the weekend, to leave a voice message and an SMS. The least you could do would be to respond even if the offer is no longer current in the salon, which can happen. I don't understand. Still happy that I will be reimbursed. It’s a shame given all the good comments.
