Very poor service. I was called to cancel my appointment made over a month ago. Reason given by the person on the phone: we are not priority customers because we are not going to Florida with our RV!!!?!The gentleman even kindly advised me to call them back next year to reschedule! So let's see! What a lack of professionalism! I advise you to do like me and make an appointment elsewhere!

We had an intermittent electrical problem in our RV and when the generator was running, the power would randomly cut out in our motorhome. In terms of investigating the problem believed to be with the generator, the staff was excellent. They took the time to explain to us what needed to be updated on our generator since there were indeed parts that were damaged (without this certainly causing the problem). The people at Génératrice experts did an excellent job on our generator and we have full confidence that it is in excellent condition now. It also works wonderfully.HOWEVER, the diagnosis made on the intermittent current problem in the motorhome was incorrect. As soon as we tried the generator again (once reinstalled on our motorhome) at home, the problem returned. The intermittent problem was in the motorhome's electrical box (a $300 part) which could be changed by the owner in 30 minutes. The cost of restoring our generator was much higher than that, although it allowed us to make sure it was working properly. We would therefore have expected that the tests that were carried out would be with the entire motorhome and not only on the generator itself (our RV being on site), since the garage also claims to be able to repair VR.So, I would conclude by mentioning that I am convinced that they are experts in terms of generators and do not hesitate if you have a problem at this level. However, if you believe that the problem could come from the motorhome itself, go to an RV dealership that does repairs and inspections (for example like the many dealerships on the South Shore of Quebec).

I called them for information. The seller was rude and I seemed to bother him. When I asked him for information on the Generac brand of generators, he replied "No one sells that in Quebec and no one maintains them either."However, a quick search allowed me to find a company in Terrebonne that sells and maintains them throughout Quebec. The Faguy group. The seller was extremely helpful and kind, and told me he would even refer me to an electrician for the installation.Expert generators, serious lack of professionalism.
