Accounting Janick Cousineau has been based in Richelieu for two years. I had errors in my two years of tax reports done by this accountant. The errors were corrected by the Government of Quebec, but there could certainly be others for Quebec and perhaps Canada. Last year I contacted the accounting firm to ask them for an explanation of the error, the response was that they were taking vacation and that they would respond to me when they returned...I no longer have any confidence in this firm and I can only advise you not to use its services if you want error-free tax reports and if you do not want to overpay taxes.

Very poor service. Despite my delay in bringing my papers, I was told that there was a delay of approximately 1 week after the due date so I was advised that there would be a delay. A month later, I have nothing. I decide to call to get some news, while being polite and knowing that I may be told that my taxes have not been started, but Mrs. Cousineau herself answers me in a very arrogant and merciless manner that I have no business calling her to find out where my taxes are and that she has other things to do. I saw BLACK! I would never go back there again! In addition to comments that she had made huge mistakes which led the government to accuse one of her clients of false information. NEVER AGAIN!Additionally, negative comments are responded to within a few minutes. A nice little proof that she doesn't take our taxes seriously, she puts bad comments before our taxes. The image of the company before the service. WOW.

Really incompetent, doesn't return calls for endless lies, doesn't respect any dates, arrogant. I've never seen worse. It removes all the negative reviews.
