Exellent service, staff is lovely, alot of work and improvement have been done lately this year, rooms where refreshed, everything renovated, feels like a new start to an old theme, 10/10 would stay again.
Linen was gross, room in desperate need of overhaul.... All the things you expect when you book last minute in the summer. Location was the key reason to be there. Btw we booked under the wife's last name and stayed at the suite at the top of the stairs. To further note, the staff were all very nice though.
Although many (including myself) appreciate the charm of this centennial building, it needs better upkeep and some upgrades.It currently feels like a dated/worn-out motel.Although things were tidy, cleanliness was an issue (walls, carpet, bedding).The rooms are not very soundproof and the air circulation is poor.Staff was friendly though.
Dated hotel but staff were very helpful and so pleasant. Morning breakfast was greatly enhanced by the lady in charge who was so helpful as we can speak no French A happy experience
Very friendly and welcoming staff, everyone has a smile on their face! The rooms look a bit old, but everything is clean and functional. The beds are a bit squeaky, but comfortable. I will 100% come back if I come back in the area!
Enjoyable place to stay for a night, I wouldn’t stay much longer, place is very old and so are the rooms. Dinner was nice, enjoyed the potence. Free continental breakfast is a plus although waitress was a little grumpy that morning.
The room was clean and the staff very friendly, but the manoir needs a little design touch. The view from the 2nd floor is nice, you can see the fleuve Saint-Laurent. Because of the COVID19 situation, they only serve (included) continental breakfast : toast, yogourt, orange juice, cakes, cereal and coffee. There is two exterior spa and a small exterior swimming pool. It is well located near the main road and restaurant. I might stay there again.
Wonderful Inn. Even during the pandemic, they do everything they can you offer an exceptional experience. Rooms are small but comfortable (it's an old building) and the restaurant is very good. A very nice stay. Would go back anytime.
Outdated and doesn’t smell good! The pictures on the website are nicer than what it really is! Pool area and building is falling apart and needs lots of love and care. We were very disappointed with the place. No one at the desk for checkout, we just drop our keys in a box! We didn’t eat the free breakfast because the place didn’t look very clean. Our room was not very clean. Walls were dirty, refrigerator and bathroom not very lean either!!!! Will not be returning for sure!
