Complaint for damaged PAJAR white coatDear Mr Hassane,I'm contacting you to bring to your attention an incident concerning a PAJAR brand coat that I entrusted to your services for cleaning on November 11, 2024. The cost and value of this coat is $524 excluding taxes.After picking up my garment, I was astonished to find at home that it had suffered significant damage. The white coat now shows discoloration, alteration of the blue-black texture at the hood (see photos in attachment), which was not the case before its passage through your workshop. I would like to point out that the new white coat was in perfect condition when it was hand-delivered to your services by your employee/clerk Ms. Katy.Following my phone conversation of November 16 at 14h25 min, you mentioned on the phone that it is not possible to remove these stains to you suggested that we bring to try to clean this coat, but it will not work 90-95% ... this phone conversation was heard by my husband too. I was afraid not to damage my coat any more, so I tried another cleaner, who confirmed and cleaned my coat for the money I paid him. On the morning of November 23, I went to see you and showed you the result, namely that my coat was clean and impeccably white.I asked you to refund the money in the amount of $60.93 CAD (received in the attachment), you not only took the liberty of raising your voice, but you didn't have the slightest respect for me as a customer. This attitude is unacceptable and inadmissible as a customer-consumer, and is in no way in keeping with what can be expected of a professional service in the present.I therefore request that you take responsibility for this damage, reimburse me for the cost of cleaning and the value of the coat ($60.93 CAD). Please find enclosed the cleaning invoice and any other relevant evidence, such as photos of the coat before and after cleaning.I would be grateful if you could look into my complaint and keep me informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
