Easy system that allows you to book, reschedule, and cancel batting Cages. The store has a variety of products and sometimes you can find good discounts. As a room for improvement, they could upgrade the pitching machines for digital ones that allow more type of pitches and some stats.
Pretty solid place once you’re signed up and paid the membership costs of 30$ a head. The only issue is the radar they provide is extremely inaccurate reading 80MPH on the kiddy machine and reading 54 on my fastball and 59-61 on my slider and curve ball…a bit of a let down (it was free though). Even my kid was laughing at one point when I pitched a lob change up faster than my fastball on the radar, seems it has issues reading speed faster than a certain amount. other than that it was pretty relax with everyone concentrated on their stuff. Much better than coup sûr, will definitely return. I would have given 5 stars if they had a preset radar in place for the pitching section, so we don’t have to have someone reading out speed inaccurately.
The young staff was nice and their advice on equipment appreciated. The owner/manager was very unpleasant when we asked to use the washroom after we juste finished a 2hrs drive. She told us that it's only for the batting cages. We bought a 172$ glove but we where not good enough customers to take a wize in their toilette.???? This manager needs to revise her customer service baselines if she wants to keep in business. Next time we will buy Amazon instead of supporting local businesses.
