My spouse and I went here for her first ultrasound. We were very excited to see our baby. It was a bad experience for the both of us. The technician was cold and rude. She did not care what so ever. She was quick. She made 0 comments relating to the ultrasound. She tried telling my spouse shes 12 weeks when we heard a heartbeat weeks before. We explained ourselves and she kept insisting that our numbers are wrong. She goes along to make comments about her body size. Saying shes “very skinny”. We payed for a Cd of her ultrasound, because they do not print them. We tried 8 devices. We even went out to buy one. Does not even work. We are very frustrated as it does not work, we wasted money, and received terrible service. Very sad and disappointed. This place is a complete scam. -10. Not to mention they dont allow kids. Sadly had to leave our baby in others care. Dont waste your time here please, for the sake of your peace and well being. Trust the negative comments

Staff were nice and clinic clean. They were able to take me more quickly than other clinics. The radiologist however was not very friendly, and unfortunately it has taken more than a month for her to send the results of my ultrasound to my family doctor. Still waiting, not satisfactory.

Find another clinic if you are interested in ever receiving your results. I was told 3-4 weeks for results (which is already ridiculous), and managed to get them down to 2 weeks because I had a doctor’s appointment to discuss it in place already and couldn’t reschedule.Doctor never received the results and we had to go on what the technician was telling me during the ultrasound. Called to get my results sent, and they suggested that I come pick the results up. Never had this kind of issue with an ultrasound anywhere else.

I would rate ZERO stars if I could! Please do not come to this place. Absolutely horrible service and clinic. They should not operate. I went in to do an X-ray, was told my family doctor will receive results 2 weeks later. It has been 3 months, still no results. I called 4 times to follow up, no one called back. My doctor called and nothing. It is impossible to reach anyone, it goes straight to only French voicemail and no one to speak to. Terrible service! And this is the type of medical care we are facing?!

Complete fraud of a clinic, how can you expect people to wait over 3 weeks for a report that should take 24 to 48 hours to be completed and sent to the doctor? If you need imaging done go somewhere else. And to top it all off they can't even be reached by phone, probably because they don't want people to call about their incompetence. Really makes you wonder...

Wow. Talk about a terrible experience! We went for our 20 week ultrasound, which is supposed to be an amazing experience but the Doctor was beyond rude, gave us major attitude the whole apt. She didnt even let us see a profile of the baby moving. Slow service and rude doctors. Dont go here.
