Cuisine Rochon had some advantages in terms of hardware and sliding shelves in addition to being the only one of the three able to deliver the project to us within a reasonable time (signature at the end of March and installation second in June) and we are not talking about the . I must admit that after reading the comments over the last two years on Google, we were skeptical. Rosalie, who was in charge of our project, was very proactive, accessible and excellent in terms of communication, as was our production project manager. When signing, we determined a delivery date and an installation date. In both cases. The employees of Cuisine Rochon were presented as expected. Very rare in this industry. As with any construction site, a problem can arise. The delivery people or installers accidentally damaged our floor. It was Mr. Rochon himself who came to see the damage. He quickly followed up on a repair estimate that we had provided him and took care of the repair file directly with the company. In short, an entrepreneur from Quebec who, in my point of view, really cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of the projects delivered. In a period where there is a shortage of employees, to be able to deliver a project on time and of quality. Hat! I certainly recommend them without hesitation.thanks to the whole team

Very disappointed with your web service which does not work at all both in terms of the transmission of documents and the absence of direct discussion with the designer which means that what is rendered does not correspond at all to our expectations. We spent $500 with you and it's just wasted money and time. The additional service which is advertised as saving design time ("plans" which are not, in the end, in 5 working days) are rendered in twice as long as your in-branch competitors who do not load anything and have quite frankly did a great job. It is very frustrating and disappointing from a company like yours. In addition, automated web response but will there really be follow-up??
