I see that the reviews are very good for this company. But the lady who received us didn't seem too interested in solving our problem! His welcome was cold, we were uncomfortable. She put the laptop to her ear and said the hard drive was finished and probably wouldn't be able to recover our data! That it would cost in the 4 figures!We went for a second opinion at mousetech!That was a big wow! Our problem was resolved for $70.00. and our data was 95% recovered!I highly recommend mousetech 100%. They do not benefit from the little knowledge we have!
I have no complaints about the service I received!I had just finished building my computer, but I had a problem that I didn't understand.They repaired the problem, in addition to advising me on my installation (I had a part which, even if it worked, did not go well with the rest) so in addition to repairing my computer I had lots of good advice for cheap and fast.Many thanks again!
