I recently took salsa & bachata lessons here, and it was an absolute blast! Sonya, Veronique, Randolph, and Vincenzo—are incredible, making every lesson both fun and informative. Everyone’s so positive, and the vibe is amazing! I had a great time and will definitely be back for more. Way to go, team! 💪
My experience at Universal Dance Studio has been positive right from the start. Sonya gives great service, and you can even order dance shoes through her (not mandatory, but also not pricey, and super comfy). The studio is a very welcoming and unintimidating environment, and I love that you can sign up without a partner and still enjoy the experience. They even host social practice sessions. I started taking group Salsa & Bachata classes with Randolph and Veronique earlier in the year. They are patient, fun, and they really know their stuff! I enjoyed it so much, I did back-to-back sessions. I also have to give a shoutout to Vincenzo, who does the drop-in classes, and is also fun and very knowledgeable.
We are taking lessons with Maria for our first dance and we are so happy to have found this studio. Maria is amazing and the choreography she designed for us is beautiful, romantic and well adapted to our level of experience (beginner). We looked up choreographies to our song online, and they did not even come close to compare! Maria really cares and encourages you to practice at the studio between sessions, which really helps.Thank you so much Maria, Sonya, and the whole team! We can't wait to wow our guests!!
Never have we thought that we would be able to learn a full 3-min dance within 2 weeks of our wedding, but Maria made it happen and the performance and choreography astonished all the audience in our country(we went back to China to have the wedding)! Would definitely recommend to any couples to learn your first dance with Maria!! Thank you Maria!!
We took dance classes for our wedding. We chose the song and Maria and her team built us a wonderful choreography. Maria is very patient and keeps things nice and light so that we're always having fun. Great deal too!
