I had a multi-zone heat pump installed on the advice of Representative Denis. One head in the basement and the other upstairs. It's definitely worth it especially in the basement in heating mode. Super good service from the moment of submission with Denis Savignac. Denis is kind and attentive to our needs. Very fast service for installation with 2 good installers, Hugues and Denis. Hugues took the time to explain to us the correct way to use our heat pump. We had 2 indoor units of 12,000 btu each installed and a 24,000 btu compressor outside but the day after installation, I noticed that an 18,000 btu compressor was installed outside even though we had chosen a 24,000 btu. So I send a text message to Denis on a Saturday morning and Denis calls us straight away to say that the error will be corrected and the compressor will be changed without fail. Even if we had signed the contract without noticing that he had put in an 18,000 BTU compressor and Denis remained very friendly despite everything. This is why the super good service without forgetting the unbeatable prices. Even the secretary on the phone is very nice. Thank you again Climatisation Express and I recommend you without fail 🙂

The installation of 8 heat pumps for my income properties in 2 days, I had serious doubts about the quality of the installation due to the fact that it is in Drummondville and that there was a significant price difference with the closer competition.
